Heading out for a walk.
At Toronto airport before leaving for Brazil



Practice last night went well a lot of running and shooting!  We will be playing in the same gym that four of us (Chels, Ree, Kim, Kels) played in at the World Championships in 2006.  We will play Brazil in an exhibition game there tomorrow night at 930pm... prime time!  It will be a late night after that game.  
Today we have breakfast at 930 then we are off to lift here at the hotel.  We are going to meet as a team to break up the day because practice is not until 7.
