We have a few hours to kill before we head out to practice tonight it will consist mostly of running and passing. Allison says we are not all that coordinated right now so we will wait until tomorrow to play 5 on 5.

After a long 10 and a half hour flight we made it to Sao Paulo. Most of us slept a little although we can't say it was a good sleep. Pretty tough to get comfortable sitting in a tiny seat! We cleared customs everyone got their luggage and we all set up for a 2 hour bus ride to our location right now. The hotel is nice, the rooms are quite large and most importantly we have free internet!!
