Rafael our translator checking out our "convertible bus" see story below.
Curly shots at the gym.
A little stretching and balance work with Mike
We had a long afternoon to kill the girls who are in in school right now had a lot of time for homework. The rest of us had a lot of time to do nothing!
On the bus ride to the gym tonight we had a small mishap, the window fell out of the bus. We were driving along when we heard "umm Al" Leanne thought coach should know the window fell out! We don't believe anyone was harmed although we imagine it was a bit of an obstacle for the car behind us. We had a brand new bus after practice... a double decker moving up in the world!
Practice went well tonight we have a few nagging injuries so our manager Julie came out of retirement for us and was beasting it in the post! She even got to put on a players sweaty jersey halfway through practice... we have the best support staff.
After practice a few of us went into the "cold tub" which is the pool on the 15th floor. The temperature is quite chilly early in the morning and late at night. It is much larger than the ones we had become accustomed to earlier in the summer.
Please enjoy the song after practice the gym manager gave us all CD's. The title or artist is flavio venturini. We thought we should pass along the tunes!
