Scrimmage

After 11 days of banging each other up we get to play against some boys tonight. This will be a welcome relief, we are all guilty of cheating on defense because we know the plays.

Every summer there is friendly rivalry between the West and East coast. More specifically Ontario and BC. We have made it a habit of critiquing the venues, food, entertainment etc. to prove that our province is best suited to host training camps. Being able to escape to your own bed and eat a home cooked meal during training camp is truly amazing. While the higher ups never ask our opinion on where to train we have some notes compiled in case they change their minds, we admit to being 100% biased.

The BC weather has been a disappointment thus far fueling the East coasters. Happy to report that we saw the sun today and it sounds like the temperature will finally get out of the teens! Perfect timing for our day off tomorrow... a lot of us look like we spend most of our days in the gym.
