At the gym I make 150 warm up shots starting at 15ft and finishing off with 3's. Then the fun starts I spend the next 45-60 minutes doing different shots off the move. A few examples would be to make a 3, run to center make a 2 back to center and repeat, five makes at each spot. I work curl shots and flare shots off down screens. I also mix in taking it to the hole and finishing with defense. In between all of these I shoot a few free throws as well as 3 pointers. When I get tired I tend to stop using my legs so I try to shoot outside shots when I am a little fatigued. I always end my workout with 10 free throws in a row and a lay up on each side. I started this in high school and have been doing it ever since.
After my shooting workout is over I head back to eat some lunch. If it is a lifting day I head out to the weight room before dinner time. Depending on how my legs feel I do a quick cardio workout while at the weight room. My favorite is deep water running... it is easy on my joints which I love!
After weights I am back for dinner, I take full advantage of home cooked meals (I don't like eating out). I love going to the movies so I may catch a movie or just hang out at home and get ready for the next day.
