Tomorrow we are going light in the morning. Putting in an out of bounds play and getting up some shots. Then in the evening we can go hard and compete!

Today was a hump day. With sore bodies and a nasty cold running through the team it felt harder than it probably was. The good news is that we survived and are resting up for tomorrow. Our meeting with Roger today was magnificent he brought in a magician and we all got to laugh and let loose a little bit.
