We beat Japan tonight. They are a very different team to play against! The first quarter of the game felt like a track meet. They get the ball out of the net after a score incredibly fast. It felt like you ran a sprint after every inside bucket.

Defensively we are a very strong team however we had to make some adjustments after they dropped 30 on us in the first quarter. Quite a few of the shots were in our eyes, it was like all five players on the floor were hot! In the second half we stopped their transition offense not allowing the ball to advance quickly up the sideline. We managed to slow them down and play the game at our pace.
