Road to London

We had a pretty tough practice last night, a lot of competing. The reward was a day off today. A few of the girls went to a matinee of "New Moon" others visited with family or friends. We all came back to UFV tonight to put on a clinic for the Junior Cascades. It was a very enthusiastic group of girls, we had fun working with them.

A big congrats to both our Junior Women and Men's teams, both earned a bronze medal and qualified for next summer's junior worlds!

We are on tomorrow from 9-12 and then again from 5-7:30, come celebrate Canada Day with us!
