Hello from Toronto!

Hello Everyone! Its Alisha Tatham here! Rehab is going soo well and I am really getting great work done from Joanie and her staff over at Health FX in Toronto. I have been going every weekday since my injury and have now recently cut it down to 3 times a week in the office and 2 days on my own now that my knee is getting much better. I seen the surgeon for one of my many follow ups and he says my knee is looking great and I am moving along smoothly.
This has definetly been the longest I have went without touching a basketball and being on the court, but I have been taking it well. I am trying to keep myself as busy as possible outside of rehabbing so that I don't get too bored and so that the time could go by much faster. Being home for the year I have also got a chance to work on things and do things outside of my life of basketball, which has consumed my life for many years now.
I also was fortunate enough to get the opportunity to speak at an event that Canada Basketball hosted, alongside the Lebron James movie premiere More Than A Game, on Oct 27 to raise money for the teams who have qualified for the Worlds next summer. It was a great event and I also seen Mike and spoke alongside Nat :).
Well thats it for now! I will check back in soon :)
