Road to London

We had our last scrimmage against the boys team this morning.  We started out really slow, a few too many turnovers!  After the first quarter we adjusted and got back on track!  Following the scrimmage we all did a little extra shooting and then a nice long stretch! 

This afternoon we did our grocery shopping for Brazil.  There is a lot that goes into packing for a trip to South America.  A few of our staples are peanut butter, nutella, granola bars, protein bars, crackers, and nuts.  After shopping we had a few hours to relax and then it was off to the Aubrey's again for another delicious meal.  We also celebrated Allison's 50th birthday a little early.  We got her a starbucks gift card which we know she will use (the coaches make a nightly trip to Starbucks during camp).  There was also some ice cream cake from dairy queen... the best!  A great send off meal!

Last practice of the summer on Canadian soil tomorrow morning!
