Good evening from the Loo. Waterloo and Rim Park starting to feel like home for us. Sorry about not posting as often as we could. Naps and eating take priority during these double sessions. A couple of us were commenting earlier today how when we were in high school and college we could ball all hours of the day, but as the intensity builds and the grind of the summer rolls on we've been trying to stay off our feet more. We all can't have the legs of Nat our stud teenager.

Practice today went much easier. Everyone got the first day nervous energy out of them and settled down a bit. Shots started dropping and everyone is getting in sync with one another. Still working on our zone defenses and trying to add a few more wrinkles that no one has seen.

We also want to give a big shout out to our men's team. Don't know how they finished tonight but having them go to the World Championships next summer only lights our fire. If they get to go, we want to go. We will never be able to express to everyone how fortunate we feel to represent the greatest country on earth on the court. Goosebuuuumps!

Just one practice tomorrow then the afternoon off!!  Ice-eat-rest in the meantime.
