We left for the gym 50 minutes before practice started and I guess there was no traffic because we arrived in 15 minutes and had some time to kill. With that much time to kill before we could hit the court Kaela decided we should play “Stella, Stella”. It turned into a very loud and competitive game (Roger you would have been proud it was a great source of energy before practice)!
Practice itself went well, we did a little 5 on 5 and went through all of our sets. An hour practice goes by quickly! We were not at the competition gym so we did not do as much shooting.
With all the teams in the hotel now internet does not always work! We will try and update but last night nobody on our team could get online, we will do our best to keep you all informed.
Game day today against the Dominican... finally!!!
Go CANADA!
Good Luck today ladies! We're all behind you. Thanks for representing this country so well.

ReplyDeleteIn reply to Roger... Stella, Stella is a hand-clapping game (kind of like patty-cake) only, you eliminate people each round by clapping their hand on the last beat of the song. :)
