Road to London

We all had a fabulous day off yesterday and are feeling refreshed today.  It is a rainy afternoon in Abbotsford it is days like this where you are glad you play an indoor sport!  We had a good practice this morning we started a little slow it seems like that is always the case after a day off but we turned around quickly after running a set of lines.  For some of the older players it was the first set of lines in years... generally speaking overseas basketball practices do not include punishments.  We drilled a little off our new "spread" offense and it is starting to come together as we adapt and learn to play with all the options.  Did a few post/perimeter shooting break down drills and defended some different scenarios we could face in our zone.
